Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase!
If for any reason, you do not love your art print or your print was damaged in the post, we invite you to review our Policy below regarding refunds and returns.
How to Return Original, Undamaged Work
Step 1: Within seven (7) days of your print delivery date, please contact our email support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us your order information along with the reason for the return.
Step 2: Repackage the Artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid-free packaging materials to safely and securely return the Artwork to the artist. Again, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance if needed.
Step 3: Email email@example.com to complete the return process. Once the piece safely reaches the artist, we will process your return. We will refund the amount owed to your original payment source in the same currency (minus any shipping costs and international customs fees).
Please note: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Artwork to us.
We cannot be held responsible nor issue a refund for Artwork damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1: Within seven (7) days of your print delivery date, please contact our email support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order information and photos of the damaged Artwork and packaging.
Step 2: Save original packaging!
Step 3: We will contact you to discuss the next steps, and a new print will be sent.
